At OTH Bed Home Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium bedroom furniture purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your crib, daybed, headboard, or other sleep sanctuary essentials, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on mattresses, bedding accessories, or any products that have been assembled, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact
- A copy of your original invoice or order confirmation must be included
- Custom-made or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchange Processing
- Timeline: Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping: Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
- Price Differences: If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Mattresses of any kind
- Bedding accessories (pillows, mattress toppers, etc.)
- Assembled furniture
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
