  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

  • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers who can wait longer

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OTH Bed Home Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your crib, daybed, headboard, or other bedroom furniture (excluding non-returnable items), we offer a simple return process within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All mattresses
  • Bedding accessories (pillows, mattress toppers, etc.)
  • Assembled furniture
  • Custom or special order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage in original packaging with all accessories

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Product price minus original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Processing

Damaged or Defective Items
